1. If you’re an Admin of the signing Advisor, you can upload physically signed documents yourself. When you're using Adobe Acrobat Sign, just head over to the Documents tab in an Engagement. You'll find the "Upload" option right there in the action menu for any document that needs a physical signature. It’s a small update, but it means your staff can keep the momentum going while your advisors focus on what they do best.

2. Mandatory selection options for custom dropdowns ensure that every new client field is useful and organized from the very first click. This improvement eliminates empty menus and duplicate entries, keeping firm data consistent and reliable.

When navigating to Firm Settings and selecting Dropdown for a new client attribute, a text box will appear immediately for the first menu choice. The system will notice if a choice is missing or if a duplicate name is entered, keeping everything perfectly organized. Once at least one valid option is typed in, the new field is ready to be saved and used across the firm.

3. The bulk upload tool for Advisor data just received a boost to handle every unique detail that makes a firm run smoothly. Custom fields are now fully supported in the upload process, ensuring that every piece of information finds its home on the first try without any manual cleanup afterward.
