1. New granular permission settings allow Account Owners to restrict who can add invoices to existing engagements, ensuring only the right team members are managing firm billing.

Head over to your Engagement Workflow Setup. If you have office access enabled, you’ll see a new question: "Which users are allowed to add new invoices to existing engagements?" You can choose Everyone, Account Owners and Admins ONLY, or None. Once saved, the "Add Invoice" button will automatically appear or disappear for users based on the rules you’ve set!

1. ESign users can now track whether signatures were completed digitally or via physical upload, providing clearer insights and compliance oversight for every signer.
2. Signature method metadata is now available for all agreements, allowing teams to instantly distinguish between eSign and physical uploads for faster compliance workflows and better record-keeping.
