Scheduled - We apologize for any confusion caused by our previous email; please review the corrected information below for the AdvicePay release on October 14, 2026.

1. Advisors can now receive an email notification as soon as a client initiates an ACH payment, providing earlier visibility into incoming payments. This notification is separate from the existing ACH payment settlement notification, which will continue to arrive after the payment clears. Advisors can turn the new notification on or off from their notification settings. Existing advisors will start with the same preference they currently use for Advisor Recurring Payment Receipt, while new firms and advisors will have the notification turned off by default. Credit card payment notifications and workflows are unchanged.

2. Review the payment failure details in the email.
3. When available, find the plain-language explanation for the processing or bank response.
4. Use the explanation to determine the appropriate follow-up with the client or their bank.
