1. Existing “Document completed emails” have been updated to ensure relevancy for all document recipient types (including signers and blind carbon copy recipients). 2. Update to allow Account Owner Admins to have additional functionality. New permissions included in this change are: • Ability to add/edit other Account Owner Admins users • Controlling if advisors can add their own admins • Managing eSign integrations • For firms with SSO, managing the "Identity Provider Base URL" which allows AdvicePay users to access AdvicePay via SSO from links within AdvicePay emails.
Firm permissions that will remain with the Account Owner only are: • Deleting the AdvicePay account and changing the subscription type • Viewing and editing payment methods 3. The addition of an “Object ID” column in the audit log. Object IDs will include Agreement IDs, Engagement IDs, Invoice IDs, etc.
