1. When a client updates a default payment method, AdvicePay now verifies allowed payment types against active subscriptions only. Clients can simply head to billing settings, select a preferred credit card or bank account, and save changes without encountering unexpected error messages. 2. Early Check Deposit allows advisors to record and deposit physical check payments against an active client invoice before its official invoice date. Previously, the platform restricted payment entries on future-dated invoices, forcing users to wait until the invoice date arrived. This update removes that barrier, allowing teams to process physical check payments immediately upon receipt, accelerating cash flow and eliminating manual administrative delays. 3. When marking a client as inactive, AdvicePay now automatically handles all the tedious administrative cleanup behind the scenes. Active subscriptions, pending invoices, agreements, and open deliverables are safely canceled or voided in a single smooth action. This prevents accidental charges and keeps account records sparkling clean without requiring time-consuming manual updates. 4. Essential plan accounts now measure client capacity using active relationships only. Advisors can hold onto an unlimited number of inactive client records for historical compliance and bookkeeping without taking up valuable roster spots. Think of it as a digital filing cabinet that keeps past client records safe without cluttering the active client list. 5. eSign template connections are now permanent. An issue causing updated Adobe Acrobat Sign documents to detach from engagement workflows has been resolved by improving how templates are identified during syncs, eliminating the need for manual re-entry by Home Office Admins.
