1. Advisors can now receive an email notification as soon as a client initiates an ACH payment, providing earlier visibility into incoming payments. This notification is separate from the existing ACH payment settlement notification, which will continue to arrive after the payment clears. Advisors can turn the new notification on or off from their notification settings. Existing advisors will start with the same preference they currently use for Advisor Recurring Payment Receipt, while new firms and advisors will have the notification turned off by default. Credit card payment notifications and workflows are unchanged.
The next AdvicePay release is scheduled for 10/28/2026.
