1. Managing temporary breaks in service is now smoother than ever. Subscriptions can now be paused indefinitely or set for a specific number of billing cycles ranging from 1 to 99 periods. Clear visual indicators and data exports automatically display "Paused Indefinitely" so everyone stays on the exact same page regarding payment schedules.
When managing an active subscription, select the pause option and pick either an open-ended hold or a specific number of billing periods. Helpful safeguards keep duration entries between 1 and 99 to avoid any payment calculation hiccups. For open-ended holds, the account screen and exported billing reports update instantly to show the clear status without extra clutter.
