1. Office Insights: Reports Just Got More Detailed! We are making it easier for Enterprise firms to keep track of their organizational structure. The "Office Name" column is now a permanent fixture on your data exports, ensuring you always know which office a transaction or record belongs to without any extra setup. 2. New support for external engagement IDs in bulk uploads allows for seamless data mapping between AdvicePay and outside systems, eliminating manual entry and keeping records perfectly synchronized. When you visit the Bulk Upload Client screen, simply download the latest import template. You’ll notice a shiny new column labeled externalEngagementID right next to the Engagement column. Fill it out with your specific IDs (or leave it blank if you don't need them!), upload your file, and we will take care of the rest. If an ID is already tied to a different client, we’ll even give you a heads-up so your data stays organized and accurate.
