1. Enhanced Control: Flexible CC & BCC Email Preferences
Managing team visibility and corporate compliance just got a lot easier. Firm Account Owners can now explicitly define whether Carbon Copy (CC), Blind Carbon Copy (BCC), or neither option is permitted for advisor communications across the organization.
When enabled by your firm, Advisors can add specific CC and BCC recipients directly within their Account Settings → Notification Recipients panel to automatically loop in assistants and administrative staff on client notifications. If your firm’s compliance policies shift and a setting is disabled, outbound delivery to those addresses is instantly paused while your saved support staff data is safely preserved in the background.
2. We are transitioning our invoice status nomenclature from 'canceled' to 'voided'. While the API currently supports filtering by both terms, the canceled status is now officially deprecated. To opt-in and test the updated voided payload responses early, use the useVoidedStatus query parameter. On December 2, 2026, this temporary parameter will be removed, and the API will permanently stop returning the canceled string. We highly recommend utilizing this flag to update and verify your integrations as soon as possible.
